Corner View is a weekly appointment - each Wednesday - created by Jane, where bloggers from all corners of the world share their view on a pre-arranged theme.
This week’s theme is from Joyce over at A Perfect Beginning.
with our recent move here to Kazakhstan, there have been many changes. Some we’ve welcomed with open arms while others not so much. One thing I’ve learnt with every move is to identify the changes and then make a conscious effort to accept them, adapt or adjust.
It’s always easier said than done.
But it’s almost a month since we’ve been here and I think we’re doing okay. Just ok!!
We’ll eventually bloom where we’ve been planted!!

Nice to read uyou're ok!
I think that the ability "to accept, adapt or adjust" is exactly the definition of intelligence ;)
I do not think a move to Kazakhstan's easy. You are very brave.
Change is hard, but I know enough about you to know there are already blooms there!
I love the tree in the first photo. It is hard moving meeting new neighbors, friends and adjusting. I'm glad your new place is starting to feel at home. xo
Your move was a big change, I imagine it'll take a little while for the whole family to adjust!
What a perfect topic for this week. Glad you are adjusting well to the change! "Bloom where you are planted.." - I have always loved that phrase.

This is a great change indeed! Hope you reach home in your new surrounding!
Didn't know you have moved. Congratulations! I hope you have lots of fun discovering your new location.
wow. . .that is quite a change for your family.
good luck in your new home.

Hope you settle in quickly and write a lot about your experiences there -such a great adventure!
It's so much harder to make friends as adults then as children. Your attitude is good though! Happy settling in!
Quite a change, but your philosophy on how to deal with it is good. And I've found if I'm open to new experiences, I'll find joy in the latest place I've landed (sometimes easier said than done, but still possible). :>)
ha ha ha, you courageous woman!
the cold is going to be unforgiving, but like you say, you adapt or adjust. that'll see you through properly. but oh, i'm sure you'll love it too!!!

I admire your courage. You will find your way, no doubt. Bit by bit.
