Exploring Atyrau, travelling to Saraychik to visit a museum and an Archeological site.
A small group of us went on an excursion today (without a tour guide) but we were able to see a lot.

Looks like the locals lime wash the exteriors of the houses - lime wash is something we've forgotten about, even though it's so cheap, non-toxic and easy to use. Very interesting photos from your weekend Kari.
