I hate good byes. I know I’ve only been here for 9 months but I’ve met some really good people in that time. And now I find myself having to say good bye to some of them.
Today we went out for coffee, just a couple of us to appreciate and say good bye to a dear person who has been so wonderful to have in our community. It’s people like these that are hard to find. people who add to the community in so many ways. She’ll be missed but it’s her time too leave. I know she’s looking forward to her new adventure!!
At home one relies on parents, away from home one relies on friends.

Good byes are never easy! I'm glad you got to know her and have good times together!
I use to say I am not good at change, when in reality it is the change of loss that I'm not good. I don't like good byes either. I hope the friendship will continue miles apart. xo
