Well right now this theme has me thinking of contrasts….and so many of them right now!
My photo’s are of Thailand and Kazakhstan! I know the elephants aren’t exactly black but this one just came out from his bath so his coat is shining. As for the snow, it’s beautiful!

I was thinking as I looked at the pictures what a contrast they were. Great black and white!
I guess the black elephant is lucky not to have to freeze in the white cold! ;o)
The world is very high contrast on snowy days. I love the texture on the wet elephant.
A few more months of wintry weather and my skin is going to look like that elephant's.

The snow is great - so much. But I would also like to touch an elephant. That must be nice.
but with the weather it is black and white-like!!
